We do not sell dogs from this website. Our waiting list is long enough that puppies are allocated and gone before a litter would ever appear here. This page exists so you can see what we have actually produced, and judge us on the consistency of our breeding.
001 · WHY THIS PAGE EXISTS
Good breeding is consistency and temperament, and neither shows up in one litter.
Anybody can produce one good puppy. What tells you whether a breeding program works is whether the same qualities keep turning up, across litters, across generations.
So this is the record. Newest at the top, with the dam, the theme, and every puppy. A program that is any good should be prepared to be looked at whole.
There is nothing for sale on this page. By the time a litter is on the ground it is already allocated. If you want a dog from us, the conversation starts before that — usually a year or more.
The naming system. Every litter is botanical (ish). Boys are trees. Girls are flowers. Each litter also takes a theme, so the year a dog was bred is readable from its name. It is a small discipline, and it means that thirty years from now the record still makes sense.
Last name first. A dog’s name starts with the kennel prefix. EdelJager means noble hunter. Petals Of Joy is the dog’s registered first name. The call name is whatever you want it to be.
Why some registered names run together. Dogs Australia caps the number of characters in a registered name, prefix included. When a name will not fit, the spaces are the first thing to go — so Heartsonfire and Petalsofjoy appear on the pedigree exactly like that. We have put the spaces back here so the names can be read.
002 · WHERE THEY ARE RAISED
A dedicated breeding facility, not a laundry.
We have purpose-built breeding and training facilities. That matters for two reasons. A whelping bitch needs a quiet, controlled, clean space that is hers. And a litter needs room to develop properly — surfaces to learn on, space to move away from each other, and a controlled introduction to noise, people and weather.
It does not mean the dogs are raised away from the household. They are born and reared in dedicated space, and they come into the house. Both matter. Temperament is built in the first eight weeks and it cannot be retrofitted later. Family and friends interact with our puppies from an early age.

2026 — The Irish litter

Rory was an exciting opportunity to start a new line, breeding to some of the best bloodlines in the world. Irish names, with the botanical rule kept where the language allowed it — Dara is the Irish for oak, and the shamrock needs no explanation.
